When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Thehubtcg, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

PLEASE NOTE: SOME PRODUCTS WILL HAVE PURCHASE LIMITS. IF PURCHASES OF SUCH SAID PRODUCTS EXCEED THIS LIMIT, YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE, AND THE 6% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE INCURRED.

Preorders maybe canceled up until 1 week of stated release date.

No price or cost adjustments will be made if product rises or falls from the original purchased price before or after release. For example if the price goes up after the purchase was made, your order won’t carry a balance due nor will you receive a refund for the difference if the product price is lowered after purchasing.
