FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of the products sold, refunds are only given to sealed product. You have 5 days after delivery to return any unopened products. Shipping fees and credit card fees are non refundable. No refund will be given to orders that are returned damaged.

Are your cards real?

Yes. The store(Thehubtcg.com) buys all product from distributors that are official licensed retailers for Pokemon USA and other TCG product.

What is a Live Break?

A live break is the purchase of trading card pack(s) which will be opened on:

“Twitch.tv/thehubtcg” or other streaming platforms under alias "The Hub TCG"

Once this opening is complete:

You keep ALL cards that are considered Holo-Rare's, and above. (HITS) unless the proper weight  for shipping has been paid for all cards to be sent.

You also agree and understand there are no returns and/or refunds once this break goes live.


What is a Live Group Break?

A group break is when a certain number of packs are opened to find the “hits”. 

A “hit” is any card that is reverse holo and better. 

 

There are normally 6 spot breaks.

The spots are labeled with a number 1-6 in pull queue

Once spots are filled, the Name list will both be randomized. I will randomize the names 3 times.

Once the names are randomized the number given to you is where you fall in the pull queue. We will then go down the pull queue until everyone has pulled 6 packs.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days with Standard shipping. 

From the date of order purchased, the store(thehubtcg.com) will take up to 1-3 business days to process any order. 

PREORDERS ONLY:

Pokemon company USA has strict guidelines for set releases. All preorders made will be sent out the days before or after the release date unless stated other wise.
