FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of the products sold, refunds are only given to sealed product. You have 14 days after delivery to return any unopened products. Shipping fees and credit card fees are non refundable. No refund will be given to orders that are returned damaged.

Are your cards real?

Yes. The store(Thehubtcg.com) buys all product from distributors that are official licensed retailers for Pokemon USA and other TCG product.

What is a Live Break?

A live break is the purchase of trading card pack(s) which will be opened on:

“Twitch.tv/thehubtcg” or other streaming platforms under alias "ThehubTCG"

Once this opening is complete:

You keep ALL Holo-Rare's, and above. (HITS)

You also agree and understand there are no returns and/or refunds once this break goes live.

Your HITS will be held for as long as needed until the shipping fee has been paid through the store.

What is a Live Group Break?

A group break is when a certain number of packs are opened to find the “hits”. 

A “hit” is any card that is reverse holo and better. 

There are normally 6 spot breaks.

The spots are labeled with a number 1-6 in pull queue

Once spots are filled, the Name list will both be randomized. I will randomize the names 3 times.

Once the names are randomized the number given to you is where you fall in the pull queue. We will then go down the pull queue until everyone has pulled 6 packs.

SHIPPING POLICY

LIVE BREAKS ONLY

The shop will hold cards up to 30 days from last order purchased. Once “shipping” is added to order, all orders will be sent together.

The store(pokescar.com) will attempt to contact you(the buyer) via email provided in the order purchased in attempt to ship out cards before the 30 days. If no response is given before the 30 day period is up, the store will assume cards are abandoned and the order(s) will be considered filled and completed.

SEALED PRODUCT PURCHASES ONLY:

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days with Standard shipping. 

From the date of order purchased, the store(thehubtcg.com) will take up to 1-3 business days to process any order. 

PREORDERS ONLY:

Pokemon company USA has strict guidelines for set releases. All preorders made will be sent out the day before or after the release date unless stated other wise.
